Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is defective or damaged

• Wrong item is delivered

• Issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof (photo/video) is mandatory

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is ours

No returns for:

• Custom orders

• Bulk orders

• Used or washed products
